Kamp Adventures Wins Branding Award
AD CLUB OF RICHMOND RECOGNIZES CAMPFIRE & CO. IDENTITY DESIGN WORK FOR KAMP ADVENTURES
Branding for elopement photographers, Kamp Adventures, won a Bronze Design Award from Ad Club’s Richmond Show.
The final logo and graphic identity for Kamp Adventures takes inspiration from natural elements and travel motifs and is infused with the cheerfulness and relaxed personality of the brand.
A bold and expressive logo typeface is customized with playful flourishes to represent movement and joy. Inspired by connection of nostalgia and memories, the brand features a few 70s details like the pill shape logo version, double line arch, and a terra cotta grounded color palette.
Complimenting the terracotta, additional tones of soft pink, greens, and grounding neutrals are reminiscent of those found in the mountains, beach, and desert.
Layering in hand drawn floral illustrations, halftone clouds, and a topography pattern creates a complete brand family that is cheerful, fun, and clearly rooted in nature.
