After more than 20 years in business, Hodges Partnership was ready for a brand experience refresh—one that fully reflected the energy, collaboration, and personality of their dynamic team. Moving into a new office for the first time in over two decades provided the perfect opportunity to refine and evolve in ways that felt more intentional, more connected, and more distinctly Hodges.

 
 

A Brand with Story and Character

Hodges has always been about people—their team, their clients, and the stories they tell. As we worked together to refine their brand identity, we leaned into that idea, softening the typography and bringing in subtle nods to nostalgia that added warmth and familiarity.

A key part of the rebrand was thinking how their long-standing connection to baseball could be more naturally integrated. Rather than an overt theme, it became a thoughtful throughline—woven into the brand and interior with maturity and purpose. The updated logo and office experience honor this history while feeling fresh, refined, and unmistakably Hodges.

 
 
 
 

A Space Designed for Connection

An extension of the brand, Hodges saw an opportunity to shape their workspace into something that felt even more aligned with their culture. The office already had a strong foundation—modern and open—but small, strategic refinements made all the difference.

We infused warmth through color, texture, and personal details, layering in wallpaper, refined signage, and carefully selected finishes. Their collection of vintage baseball memorabilia, once an informal nod to their story, now fits seamlessly into the design, giving the space a distinct sense of identity.

A shift in the office layout also supported the way the team works today. Moving from larger, more defined desks to a more open desking approach created a workspace that fosters collaboration, flexibility, and connection.
